The room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10 am or to make use of the late check-out.

Children up to 15 years receive a discount on our prices:

• Children from 0 to 2 years: free of charge
• Children from 3 to 8 years: €35 per night
• Children from 8 to 15 years: €50 per night

The occupancy of a double room for single use will be charged with a surcharge of 20,00€ (per night and person).

Please note the municipal residence tax (since 01.01.2018) of 3,60 € per person / per night from 14 years, debit or payment at check-in.

You can bring your dog on request. For this we charge € 15.00 cleaning surcharge for the entire stay, without food. Dogs have limited access to the dining rooms, the SPA area of the hotel and the sunbathing lawn.

– Cancellation 42 – 29 days before arrival 30 % of the total amount
– Cancellation 28 – 15 days before arrival 50 % of the total amount
– Cancellation 14 – 8 days before arrival 70 % of the total amount
– Cancellation 7 days before arrival 90 % of the total amount

In addition, the European hotel contract conditions apply. We ask for your understanding that cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance

Cancellation conditions for groups

The cancellation conditions for group reservations depend on the size of the group and are regulated separately. If there are no separate cancellation conditions, the following rules apply:
– Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival free of charge
– Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival 50% of the expected total turnover
– Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival 100% of the expected total turnover

Day spa, brunch or dinner at the hotel is also available for external guests on request and by reservation.

We are also available for company celebrations, birthday dinners, etc.

Use of the spa area is included in the normal accommodation price. This amount does not include bathrobes (+5€).
