HONESTY BAR, the bar of "honesty"
Here all guests have the opportunity to serve themselves with selected drinks and small snacks. The Honesty Bar replaces the minibar in the room, the offer is accordingly much larger. And above all, it is cheaper. The guest enters his or her own consumption in an available list and pays only upon departure.
South Tyrolean wines, rosé, white and red are available to our guests partly by the glass or as bottled wine. The Prosecco, can be mixed pure or to a good Aperol Spritz itself. Stay classic with Campari soda or a non-alcoholic “Alpex Spritz”. Different types of beer with yeast cloudy, dark and non-alcoholic, will meet every taste.
In addition, fruit juices from Zipperle, regional organic drinks from a variety of natural extracts from Limestone, the tonic from FeverTree and much more.
If you feel like an after-dinner digestif, you can find the right one for you between many schnapps, rum and whiskey. Relax with your drink in our spacious lounge or find relaxation in the summer on the terrace or the lawn.
